the origin and mechanics of your thinking and learn the natural way to relieve yourself of overthinking. It’s like a mind detox!

to all manner of feelings, stress, pain, crises, or health issues in a way that allows them to heal and resolve themselves naturally.

that pain is not an enemy here to harm you but an ally to guide you and heal you.

Discover:

how thinking, feeling and physical sensations have different and specific purposes and that when you use each of these for what they are intended, your life works really well for you.

Understand:

intelligently, experientially, and personally how the mind and body are one and the same, enabling you to define yourself and life from confusion and illusion.

Hear about the physical and mental changes that occur from doing retreats.

6:30am – Wake up. The day begins when you’re awoken by a bell. You’ll have time to shower and fully wake up before the first meditation session.

 

7 – 10am – Meditation Session. here is usually a group interaction during each session where Matthew addresses an array of core life issues that we all face in our daily lives. During this time you’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

 

10:00am – 10:30am – Brunch. Outside of the group interactions, silence between others resumes. This gives you the opportunity to be left totally alone, without any form of distraction or perceived expectation, all the while receptive to support from everyone and everything around you.

 

10:30am – 1:00pm – Rest break. After brunch, you’ll have time to rest, sleep, go for a slow walk in solitude or, if you need to, speak privately with Matthew.

 

1 – 4pm – Meditation Session. After the break, a bell will call you back to the meditation room for another meditation session, and another group interaction.

 

4 – 4:30pm – Dinner

 

4:30 – 6:00pm – Rest period. Another break before the night-time period.

 

6:00 – 9:00pm – Meditation Session. Usually we meditate until around 9pm. After that you’re then free to go to bed or relax in the quiet as you please.

 

Every day consists of this same structured routine designed to support your process. During breaks, tea, juice, fruit, and healthy snacks are made available to everyone at all times.

Price per day: €240

What’s included:

  • Comfortable accommodation for the duration of the retreat.
  • Wholesome, nutritious, tasty vegan meals (brunch and dinner) unlimited snacks, fresh fruit, and tea’s throughout the day. We don’t hold back on the quality of food we provide and always aim to source local organic produce whenever possible.

What’s not included:

  • Flights
  • Transfer to venue
