Online Meditation Day – Return To Stillness

You join a full day of structured stillness, held online. The format is simple, but the intention is the same as retreat. Fewer inputs. More direct contact with what is present.

The day moves between extended meditation and guided group sessions with Matthew. Some sittings are supported, others are quiet. Together they allow the system to settle more deeply.

Across the day, Matthew speaks to patterns that tend to persist even after years of inner work. Judgement, relationship strain, internal pressure. Not as theory, but as experiences you can recognise directly.

There is space to ask questions and clarify.

We begin with a short orientation, then move into longer meditation periods, alternating with group interaction. Breaks are kept quiet so the process can continue without interruption.

15 Day Winter Silent Retreat

This retreat is held in the South West of Western Australia at Inn The Tuarts, set on nine secluded acres just outside Busselton. Surrounded by native forest and mature Tuart trees, the environment is quiet, spacious and undisturbed.

You arrive with the pace of daily life still active. Over the days, that begins to slow. With sustained silence and a simple structure, the system settles. Attention returns inward. What has been held beneath constant movement becomes clearer, and the body begins to release what it has been holding.

Fifteen days allows this process to move further. Not just settling, but allowing deeper feelings to emerge, be felt and complete before you leave.

With enough time, the effects are obvious. Situations that used to trigger you no longer take over. The body releases tension, and behaviour begins to change with it.

Fifteen days allows this process to move further. Not just settling, but working through what emerges and stabilising before you leave.
