Online Meditation Day – Return To Stillness

You join a full day of structured stillness, held online. The format is simple, but the intention is the same as retreat. Fewer inputs. More direct contact with what is present.

The day moves between extended meditation and guided group sessions with Matthew. Some sittings are supported, others are quiet. Together they allow the system to settle more deeply.

Across the day, Matthew speaks to patterns that tend to persist even after years of inner work. Judgement, relationship strain, internal pressure. Not as theory, but as experiences you can recognise directly.

There is space to ask questions and clarify.

We begin with a short orientation, then move into longer meditation periods, alternating with group interaction. Breaks are kept quiet so the process can continue without interruption.

Online Meditation Day for Recovery & Healing

This day is for experienced meditators and Undo users who already understand the value of sitting, and want to deepen the connection to themselves.

You set aside the usual inputs. No conversation. Just a set period to stop and feel what is actually there.

Over several hours, the system slows. The first layer settles, then you become quieter, more aware. This is where the work deepens. Not by doing more, but by allowing what has not been felt to come through and resolve.

Guidance is offered where needed. Questions can be raised. But much of the day is spent in mostly silence, allowing continuity rather than interruption.

You only need a quiet space, a device and a stable connection. A Zoom link is provided after registration.

Even within a single day, the shift is noticeable. Thoughts settle. The urge to react reduces. You can feel what is there without needing to do anything about it.

15 Day Winter Silent Retreat

This retreat is held in the South West of Western Australia at Inn The Tuarts, set on nine secluded acres just outside Busselton. Surrounded by native forest and mature Tuart trees, the environment is quiet, spacious and undisturbed.

You arrive with the pace of daily life still active. Over the days, that begins to slow. With sustained silence and a simple structure, the system settles. Attention returns inward. What has been held beneath constant movement becomes clearer, and the body begins to release what it has been holding.

Fifteen days allows this process to move further. Not just settling, but allowing deeper feelings to emerge, be felt and complete before you leave.

With enough time, the effects are obvious. Situations that used to trigger you no longer take over. The body releases tension, and behaviour begins to change with it.
