This 10 day quiet retreat is held in the beautiful region of Augusta, Western Australia. Sheoak Chalets are nestled on a hillside just 3 km from the Augusta town centre, surrounded by the native trees of Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park.

The perfect place to give yourself the attention you need to heal and begin your personal transformation.

Price per day: $425 AUD

What’s included:

Comfortable accommodation for the duration of the retreat.
Wholesome, nutritious, tasty vegan meals (brunch and dinner) unlimited snacks, fresh fruit, and tea’s throughout the day. We don’t hold back on the quality of food we provide and always aim to source local organic produce whenever possible.

Through this approach, I’ve resolved ‘self-esteem’ issues, body confidence issues, fear of success and feelings of inadequacy, worthlessness and hopelessness. And a lot more. I’ve resolved major disassociations caused by early-life trauma. I don’t feel so disconnected anymore, in fact I am more aware of my connectedness with others

I can see and respond to situations much more freely now than I was able to before because I’m less clogged up with baggage and perceptions and opinions.
