3 Day Online Retreat

It’s time for you. Close your books, turn off your phone, remove all your usual distractions and just sit quiet and still. Join us for three days of silence where you’ll be guided by international meditation expert Matthew Zoltan. Give yourself the attention and space you need to heal and begin your personal transformation.

Each day on this three day online meditation retreat runs from 6am to 5pm (EET). Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the link and password for the Zoom meeting. You don’t need a Zoom account to join, just a device and internet.

What’s included:

  • Attendance to the Quiet Retreats 3 day online meditation retreat.
  • Guided meditations with Matthew.
  • Talks throughout the day on an array of core life issues that we all face in our lives eg. Relationship issues, motivation, overthinking.
  • The opportunity to ask any questions you have about any problems you are dealing with in your life in a non-judgemental supportive environment.
  • Access to all the interaction videos for a week after the retreat finishes* 

 

All times are in Eastern European Time (EET, +2hrs GMT). Please convert to your timezone.

  • 6– 6:10am – We begin with a short introductory talk to see how everyone is and guide you through any technical difficulties.

 

  • 6:10 – 8am – 80 minute meditation guided by Matthew.

 

  • 8 – 9am – Group Interaction. Matthew will talk about and address an array of core life issues. During this time you will have the opportunity to ask questions. 

 

  • 9 – 10am – Meal Break. We advise you to say quiet in the break, have some food, have a rest, try not to speak to anyone else during this break time. Use this day to just be with yourself with as little distraction as possible. 

 

  • 10am – 12pm – 2 hour meditation session. 

 

  • 12 – 2pm – Interaction. Matthew will talk about and address an array of core life issues. During this time you will have the opportunity to ask questions. 

 

  • 2 – 3pm – Meal Break. We advise you to say quiet in the break, have some food, have a rest, try not to speak to anyone else during this break time. Use this day to just be with yourself with as little distraction as possible.

 

  • 3 – 5pm – 2 hour meditation session and another group interaction where Matthew will talk about and address an array of core life issues. During this time you will have the opportunity to ask questions. 

 

  • 5pm – The day concludes with an informal interaction. After that you’re then free to continue your day using the guided meditations in Undo app, go to bed, have your meal, keep meditating or relax in silence as you please. We suggest you stay quiet and interact with people as little as possible, walk slowly and make the most of your quiet time.

If you’re in a different time zone we suggest that you download our meditation app Undo and use the free guided meditations available to help you when we are not online. Undo has guided meditations varying from 5-40 minutes all guided by Matthew.
