What’s included:
You join a full day of structured stillness, held online. The format is simple, but the intention is the same as retreat. Fewer inputs. More direct contact with what is present.
The day moves between extended meditation and guided group sessions with Matthew. Some sittings are supported, others are quiet. Together they allow the system to settle beyond the usual surface level.
Across the day, Matthew speaks to patterns that tend to persist even after years of inner work. Judgement, relationship strain, internal pressure. Not as theory, but as experiences you can activate directly.
There is space to ask questions and clarify.
The structure is steady. We begin with a short orientation, then move into longer meditation periods, alternating with group interaction. Breaks are kept quiet so the process can continue without interruption. This keeps clarity, but the experience remains primary.
