While a quick tidy-up (shorter stay) can freshen things up, a thorough spring cleaning (longer stay) allows you to reach those overlooked corners and clear out accumulated clutter. The longer retreats leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised, with a cleaner, more organised mental space.
