6:30am – Wake up: A gentle bell signals the start of your day, giving you time for personal routines before the first session.

7 – 10am – Morning session: Engage in meditation and group interaction, where Matthew addresses core life issues tailored to participants. This is your chance to discuss personal or professional challenges.

10 – 11am – Refuel: Enjoy a nourishing brunch. The silence provides a unique chance to be fully present in a supportive setting—free from distractions and expectations.

11am – 1pm – Personal time: After brunch, rest, take a slow walk, or have your one-on-one session with Matthew for personalised guidance.

1 – 4pm – Afternoon session: Participate in another meditation session with group interaction, fostering further insights and personal growth.

4 – 5pm – Evening refuel: Dinner is served.

5 – 6pm – Personal time: Take a break before the evening session.

6 – 9pm – Evening session: Conclude your day with a final meditation session and progress check-in. Afterwards, retire or continue your quiet reflection.

This structured daily routine is designed to support your personal journey. Nutritious snacks and refreshments are available throughout the day, keeping you energised and focused on your recovery.

What’s included:

  • Comfortable accommodation for the duration of the retreat.
  • Wholesome, nutritious, tasty vegan meals (brunch and dinner) unlimited snacks, fresh fruit, and tea’s throughout the day. We don’t hold back on the quality of food we provide and always aim to source local organic produce whenever possible.
